**Please read prior to purchasing, I am very detailed and hopefully will answer any questions you may have. **
Shipping
Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. I normally set turn-around time to 1 to 2 weeks, trying to make it under a week. The more customization, the more time it may take. Christmas time, Mother's & Father's Day get so very hectic, please be patient. I am a one woman shop that is 100% dedicated to making my customers as happy as I can with their purchases. I have 3 princes I am also raising to be men, between those silly loud creatures and my husband I stay up a lot of nights in a row when it's quieter around here to work.
Estimated shipping times (AFTER production time)
North America: 1-5 business days- I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. And while you might be tired of reading, I love to be thorough and cover all bases.
I ALWAYS recommend Priority Mail, it's only a $5 difference and they don't normally have the delay issues that First Class mail does.
I'm in the outskirts of Houston, Texas and they only have ONE USPS sort center for 3 MILLION people. Big holidays, and even random occurrences, there have been times that first class mail packages have sat at the North Houston center for a few weeks! I can't do anything about the delays. that is the one part I have no control over.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
- I get a few angry emails a year about this but please know customs are different for every country, they decide what to charge and I have no knowledge of other countries rules. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they know what to expect, especially if sending as a gift straight to the recipient.

Shopify keeps your payment information secure. I personally never receive your credit card information.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
- Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 3 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders (unless a mistake was made by me)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
